During the 10 years anniversary event of Vault Session, I will be participating in their photography exhibition and sale, located at Radion Amsterdam, in the Café space. The exhibition and event will take place 01/02/2025 23:00 - 03/02/25 7:30.
The following photographs are shot by me during different Vault Sessions events, and are my personal favorites from my work for them. I am very excited and grateful that they are now available as prints.
Working with Vault Sessions is inspiring for me because of the raw energy and connection they bring to the underground techno scene. Their events create a unique space where freedom and self-expression thrive, and I love capturing that spirit in my photos.
This exhibition at RADION Amsterdam allows me to share that energy with you through these prints. I hope my photos let you feel the rhythm, movement, and intimacy that make the dancefloor so unforgettable.

“Intimacy”

This photograph immerses us into the nature of intimacy on the dance floor. The blurred contours of two figures, in the glowing red light, shows the raw essence of the longing for human touch. The intimacy is shaped by the rhythm of a shared space.
For me this is my favorite photograph.

Just as the moon channels the sun’s energy to light up the night, this photograph shows how light reveals the energy on the dancefloor. “Moonlit motion” captures the parallels between the moon and the energy on the dance floor.

The unsharp contours in this photograph amplify the sense of dynamism, as if the girl’s energy is radiating beyond her physical presence, merging with the rhythm of the music and the glow of the blue light. This photograph shows emotion, freedom, sound and energy.

This diptych shows two perspectives of the dance floor and the red hues lighting up the room. The first photograph emphasizes the role of the DJ, while the second photograph shows the role of the crowd. These photographs together perfectly show the interplay of the two, and how it influences the atmosphere of the night.

This black and white photograph captures the heat on the dance floor. The way the man is face hides behind the arm emphasizes the anonymity people may feel during the night.
